How is staff performance measured and supported during the Accreditation process?

Staff performance is assessed through on-site or virtual observations using research-based criteria. Our team provides real-time feedback, coaching for supervisors, and quarterly progress reports to track agency-wide improvement. The goal isn’t just compliance, it’s to build sustainable, high-quality support for the individuals you serve.
